We have been operating as a locksmith, mechanical engineering, machining, and construction company since 1991.

We provide unit and series production as well. Our products are delivered to Czech and international firms.

OUR SERVICES

Machining

In this industry, we produce prototypes and provide unit and series production. The main operations are lathe turning, milling, cylindrical grinding, slotting, and drilling.

Welding

Welding is conducted by qualified welders. Welding methods used are MIG/MAG, TIG, pulsed, and resistance welding. Custom-made production is possible. LORCH machines are used while conducting welding works.

Locksmith works

Custom-made orders are possible. Vast advantages are professional work and wide range of services such as laser and plasma burning, bending, cutting, winding, production, and assembly. Surfacing provided are sanding, blasting, passivation, pickling, wet and powder varnishing.

Handling equipment

Bridge crane with the capacity of 3.2 tonnes is used in production. The crane can be provided to you if needed. All the equipment is checked and calibrated on a regular basis.

Constructions

The production process begins within our development team who deals with construction and technological processes. Our constructors use AutoCad and Inventor software.
